Well on his way to reaching his goal for the most Winston Cup titles, Jeff has already won 4 championships since beginning his Winston Cup career in 1992. He has 60 victories and was Rookie of the Year in 1993. He also won the Busch Series Rookie of the Year honors in 1991. It seemed that Jeff was off his pace last year, but we should see "The Golden Boy" back in Victory Lane many times in 2003.
